There are a few basics related to how you use your abdominal muscles, how to position the pelvis and spine, and how to increase your range of motion that are used repeatedly in Pilates exercises. If you understand what you are going for with these moves, you will have a solid foundation for getting maximum benefit from your Pilates workout. Move4Sport deliver strength & conditioning services for athletes across South London. We are based at Bromley Tennis Centre in Orpington but have various hubs around the area. Our team of accredited coaches have over 20 years of experience, specialising in the delivery of academy S&C programmes for high performance youth athletes. We work across multiple sports with expertise paediatric coaching, as well as our work with children with Cerebral Palsy (CP). Hanna has got many years of experience providing bespoke personal training for a wide range of clients. She works from a modern, private and well-equipped studio in leafy Chislehurst. She includes nutritional advice along with personal training to help you get the most out of your session and maximise your general well-being. Hanna is actively engaged in every individual client’s health and will find the best ways that can support you with your treatment and your on – going fitness training. Clients of Physio Pro are entitled to a special referral rate on a 45 minute assessment for a preferential cost of £30. This 45 minute session will include an introduction to exercise and nutrition advice.
