I have got many years of experience providing bespoke personal training for a wide range of clients. I work from a modern, private and fully equipped boutique studio in leafy Chislehurst. As a qualified Nutritionist I can help you reach and maintain your nutritional goals; whether they involve weight loss, a healthier balance, enhanced sports performance or specific medical needs. I am actively engaged in every individual client’s health and will find the best ways that can support you with your treatment and your on-going fitness training. I will work with you to make changes that can benefit you both now and later in life. 

Everyone is welcome to train with me or join my nutritional sessions. I have male and female clients and can work with groups too. Please find full package details on my nutrition page or personal training pages. I also offer a combined package, just contact me for more details.

Clients of Physio Pro are entitled to a special referral rate on a 45 minute assessment for a preferential cost of £35. This 45 minute session will include an introduction to exercise and nutrition advice. Additionally, referrals from Physio Pro entitle you to an introductory special offer of 11 sessions for the price of 10 (if a block of 10 sessions is purchased).

Youth Strength & Conditioning

Move4Sport - Developing physically capable, durable and educated athletes of all ages and standards for all sports

Move4Sport deliver strength & conditioning services for athletes across South London. We are based at Bromley Tennis Centre in Orpington but have various hubs around the area. Our team of accredited coaches have over 20 years of experience specialising in the delivery of academy S&C programmes for high performance youth athletes. We work across multiple sports with expertise paediatric coaching, as well as our work with children with Cerebral Palsy (CP). Our team coach across all populations, regardless of age or athleticism helping everyone develop physically whatever their goal may be.

Helen Woolley - Pilates and dance instructor

My greatest passion is helping people find a healthy perception of themselves and I do this through dance fitness and pilates classes. I want to give you the opportunity to focus on your body and mind without a thought to anything else. Sounds good? I offer a selection of dance fitness classes including Clubbercise and Zumba for all those who love to dance. Pilates is a wonderful class to add to your weekly schedule. There are a few basics related to how to use your abdominal muscles, how to position the the pelvis and spine and how to increase your range of motion that are used repeatedly in n Pilates exercises. If you understand what you are going for with these moves you will have a solid foundation for getting maximum benefit from your Pilates workout. Pilates Principles – Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath and Flow. These terms refer to basic principles we apply to Pilates movement. Pilates exercises are done as whole body/mind events.
