Got along very well with Sam, he's a nice and easy-going guy. Sam has an impressive depth of knowledge and clearly is committed to keeping his education up-to-date as well. I always came away from the sessions feeling informed and motivated

Sam was a huge help in the rehabilitation of my arm following a cycling accident. Sam proved to be an excellent physio. He is not interested in trying to sign you up for more sessions, he's interested in getting you better and within a set timescale. Easy to talk to and able to articulate things clearly and precisely. Follows up... quickly and provides videos on the new exercises. In addition, his rate is extremely competitive and very reasonable. Would highly recommend and indeed have done more

I had a foot op just before lockdown and my surgeon recommended Sam Downer. We had contact via Whatsapp every week for a month and then fortnightly. Sam gave me and showed me the excercises for the week which were excellent and he was also very good... at problem solving. I was very happy with him and delighted with the results ...also he is extremely polite!read more

Covid time is not the best time to get injured, but Sam has helped me a lot. With his dedication and great help I’ve managed to progress and get better in a very short period. I contacted Physio Pro after being diagnosed with Achilles tendinitis. Sam wrote a program specific to my needs. The exercises and their instructions were clear and easy to use. Extra exercises were introduced as my healing progressed and i became... able to take on more. A daily diary was a great part of my treatment as it allowed both me and Sam to see how things were progressing. Thank you so much Sam. I don't know how i would have done without you. I certainly wouldn't be back to running again if i had just rested (as advised by GP).read more
